The holistic change maker

What’s a holistic change maker?

Whether it was facing my own frustrations of failed habit change or resistance to new technology, observing failed change attempts in businesses and even friendship groups, I knew there had to be a better way to approach change.

With over a decade of corporate experience and an uncommon combination of degrees which included an Executive Masters in Behavioral Science, I came to appreciate the importance of zooming out and looking at the big picture. This holistic perspective showed me not only the ways in which we make change unnecessarily difficult for ourselves but also helped me develop tools and strategies to turn change into opportunity.

Change doesn’t need to be as hard as we make it!

By zooming out at looking at a situation more holistically, you too can understanding the dynamics of change and how best to approach any situation, whether it’s a change you’re leading or one of life’s many curveballs.

Empowering Change Makers

Driving change is as much a science as it is an art. Frustrated by cookie cutter strategies which didn’t see the big picture, I founded JTMH Consulting in 2018 (built on my desire for someone to just tell me how to make change easier).

Our holistic approach to change blends the science with some creative flair and is designed to equip you with the insights and understanding in a way that makes change fun, engaging and easier to apply. Working with both individuals and companies, our workshops, tools and strategies have been tested on all sorts of change scenarios so you can focus on how to get the best outcome for you or your audience instead of getting caught in the mess.

Speaking events

With a love of teaching and performing, it’s no wonder I fell into presenting early on.

Whether it’s presenting a keynote, facilitating workshops or sharing tips and insights in podcast interviews and on my youtube channel, watching the lightbulb moment as people realise that change doesn’t need to be so challenging is one of my favourite things.

Resources

If my first love was teaching, my second is writing.

I’ve written countless articles on all things change which are filled with tips and insights into how we change, what good vs bad change look like, managing resistance and ways to make change better.

What does creativity have to do with change? A lot more than you might think!

When it’s not influencing my approach to change, my creativity is channeled into my art. A painter and potter specialising in custom made porcelain and beeswax candles, I sell my works under the brand made by Mich Australia.
